Your current role As a Loader Operator/Trade Assistant, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a front-end loader while supporting day-to-day site operations. This is a hands-on position and maintenance and labouring duties will form a significant part of the role. The successful applicant must be willing to get off the machine and assist the team wherever required.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating a front-end loader safely and efficientlyLoading trucks and managing stockpilesAssisting with routine plant and equipment maintenanceCarrying out general labouring duties across the siteSupporting breakdowns, repairs and site upkeep activitiesMaintaining a clean and protected work environmentFollowing all workplace health and safety proceduresProven experience operating a front-end loaderRelevant machinery tickets and licencesMechanical aptitude and willingness to assist with maintenanceUnderstanding that maintenance and labouring are key requirements of the roleReliable transportWilling to undertake drug and alcohol testingTemp-to-permanent opportunityImmediate start availableStable, ongoing workCompetitive hourly ratesSupportive team environmentLong-term career prospects with a growing operation
