Join a leading global technology company supporting end users across a corporate environment. We are seeking a hands-on Field Support Technician for a short-term full-time assignment based in Melbourne CBD.

This role is ideal for someone with strong desktop support capabilities and proven printer break-fix experience who enjoys working directly with users and resolving technical issues onsite.

Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite IT support to end users across desktops, laptops, peripherals and printers.
n
- Diagnose and repair printer hardware faults, including multifunction devices (MFDs).
n
- Install, configure and troubleshoot operating systems, hardware and network-connected devices.
n




- Deliver excellent face-to-face support while maintaining high service standards.

Key Skills:

n

n
- Minimum 1 year of IT Support, Desktop Support or Field Service experience.
n
- Mandatory experience repairing and troubleshooting printers and multifunction devices (MFDs).
n
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, device imaging, operating systems, printer drivers, print queues and network printing.
n
- Experience providing onsite support in a corporate or enterprise setting with excellent customer service skills.
