TMA Group is looking for a motivated Trainee Print Operator to join our growing production team.
n
No previous printing experience is required. You'll receive hands‐on training from experienced operators while learning to operate contemporary digital printing, finishing and coating equipment.

What You'll Do
n
n
- Learn to operate HP Indigo digital presses and label finishing equipment.
n
- Gain exposure to ABG Digicon finishing and Ravenwood Linerless Coaters.
n
- Assist with loading materials and monitoring production.
n
- Learn quality checking, finishing and packaging processes.
n
- Follow production schedules, safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
n
- Work closely with experienced operators to build your skills.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Genuine interest in printing, machinery or production.
n
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
n
- Good attention to detail.
n
- Comfortable working in a hands‐on, fast‐paced environment.
n
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
n
- Able to safely handle materials up to 15–20kg.
n
- No previous print experience required.
