Key Responsibilities:





- Lead the development and implementation of seasonal menu updates twice a year, as well as during special occasions, ensuring alignment with market trends and local customer preferences.
- Maintain consistency in all dishes, including flavour, presentation, and preparation standards.
- Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Provide hands-on support during peak service times, staff shortages, or unexpected situations.
- Ensure strict compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Front of House Manager and Head Chef to ensure smooth daily operations.
