Key responsibilities

Decide which products to add, retain, or remove based on consumer demand and performance metrics

Research consumer behavior, purchasing habits, and competitor activity to identify trends

Set competitive product pricing and work with marketing teams to plan advertising and promotions

Negotiate contracts, manage vendor terms, and build strong partnerships to ensure consistent product supply and favourable pricing

Monitor category budgets, revenue, and product demand forecasts to hit financial goals

Coordinate with sales, marketing, procurement, and merchandising teams to execute category strategies

Organise stakeholders and sales teams to implement promotion strategies for product categories

Analyse sales and marketing data to understand consumer behaviours and optimise pricing

Review market performance reports and identify expansion opportunities

About you

3+ years' experience in a similar role

Experience with ERP or WMS platforms (Zoho, Unleashed, Cin7, SAP, NetSuite or similar)

Strong analytical and reporting skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator with international suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams

Ability to take initiative

Prior experience in import/distribution or manufacturing preferred





Experience developing or improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) for purchasing and stock management

Competence in generating and maintaining reports and dashboards for purchasing, stock movement, and supplier performance

Experience in timber, home goods, lifestyle, health tech, or high-end consumer brands is highly regarded.
