Transport Accident Commission Victoria (TAC) is seeking a Senior Consultant, Future Workforce Design in Geelong with a hybrid work setup. You will translate strategic priorities into practical future workforce plans, focusing on forecasting, capability planning and scenario analysis.

You will collaborate with business partners and leaders, develop evidence-based scenarios, assess gaps and risks, and recommend transition actions using build, buy, borrow, redeploy, redesign and automate levers.
