Join a growing, clinician-led practice in the beautiful Bega Valley. You'll be working in an established small multidisciplinary team including OT, Physio, EP, Early Intervention and social worker/play therapists. We're looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist to work primarily with children (0–18 years), with the flexibility to expand into adult services based on your interests. Current graduates are welcome — you'll receive structured supervision, mentoring, and a clear pathway to independence.

About you
- Degree in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility by start date)
- Working with Children's Check
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Flexible caseload design (paediatric focus + optional adult work)
- Strong support and supervision for new grads
- Company car provided (with occasional personal use)
- Laptop and phone provided
- Flexible hours (full-time, part-time, or school-hour options)
