About the role

n

The Property Compliance Officer ensures our properties adhere to relevant regulations and safety standards through coordinating compliance activities, diligent record-keeping, and risk identification. Your day-to-day will include coordinating inspections and repair works, preparing and submitting compliance reports, maintaining up-to-date records, certifications and permits, and proactively addressing issues before they elevate.

This is a 12-month Fixed-term contract.

What we are looking for

n

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and ideally has experience in property compliance, facilities management, or risk management. To thrive in this role, you will bring:

- A methodical and process-driven approach,



with the ability to manage high volumes of administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
n
- Robust communication skills to work with multiple parties to schedule property compliance works.
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
n
- Adaptability to manage changing priorities.
n
- Strong data entry and database management skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate records.
n
- Proficiency with compliance tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
n

Experience in the not-for-profit, community housing, or social housing sector is highly regarded.
