We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a major finance transformation program, supporting the transition to a new future-state operating model.
This is a hands-on change leadership role, with an immediate focus on an insourcing and business transition workstream. You will work closely with Finance leaders, business stakeholders, project teams and SMEs to ensure people, processes and capabilities are ready for the transition and that business continuity is maintained throughout.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading the change strategy and delivery across a key finance transformation workstream.
- Assessing and managing people, process, role and operating-model impacts.
- Supporting the transition of responsibilities, processes and capabilities into the future-state model.
- Working closely with Finance leaders, sponsors, SMEs and project teams to drive ownership and readiness.
- Establishing practical readiness measures and monitoring adoption, capability and business risks.
- Overseeing communications, stakeholder engagement, training and knowledge-transfer activities.
- Supporting go-live and providing hands-on change leadership through hypercare and transition to BAU.
- Identifying and managing people, capability, capacity and business-continuity risks.
- Providing direction and coaching to an existing Change Analyst.

About you:

You will be an experienced Change Manager who is comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels. You will have experience delivering change across complex business transformation, ideally involving finance, operating-model, insourcing, shared services, process or technology transformation.

Finance transformation and/or Oracle experience will be highly regarded.
