Job Description

TAFE NSW is seeking an Aboriginal Employment Advocate (Aboriginal Identified) to support employment and inclusion across campuses in NSW. You will collaborate with the Aboriginal Employment team, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to strengthen attraction, engagement and retention of Aboriginal staff.

Role requires genuine Aboriginality, solid relationship building, and the ability to drive practical HR initiatives.
