IQVIA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver in-home education and subcutaneous therapy support for patients on specialist medications. The role focuses on patient education, autonomy, and one-on-one home-based care.
You’ll train patients in self-administered injections, perform in-home subcutaneous infusions with pre- and post-observations, and document outcomes and adverse events in line with program requirements. Travel to patients' homes is required.
