Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative – Full Training Provided

Ezi Recruitment is seeking confident and motivated individuals for full-time sales opportunities based in St Leonards, Sydney.

No previous sales experience is required! Candidates from retail, hospitality and customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Full training is provided, with opportunities to earn commission, develop your skills and progress into management.

The Role

- Engage with customers through shopping centre promotions and door-to-door sales campaigns.

- Represent various brands and promotional campaigns.

- Work alongside a supportive and motivated sales team.

- Build customer relationships and develop your sales skills.

- Receive full training and ongoing development.

What's On Offer

- $32+ per hour during your 4-week training period.

- Permanent opportunity – approx. $65K + super + commission.

- Earning potential of $150K+ with commission.

- Monday–Friday training.
