Are you an experienced WHS professional looking for a hands‑on role where you can make a real impact? Our client is a global organisation with a strong Australian presence, operating across multiple agricultural and production sites. We are seeking an experienced WHS Business Partner to join their team, based in Goulburn. This is a diverse role combining strategic WHS leadership with practical, on-the-ground support. You will work closely with managers and operational teams across NSW to strengthen safety culture, manage risk and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

- Provide WHS advice, coaching and support to leaders and teams.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections and incident investigations.
- Develop and deliver WHS training and safety initiatives.
- Manage compliance, hazards, corrective actions and WHS systems.




- Analyse safety data and provide reports and recommendations to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement and positive safety culture.

About you

- Relevant WHS qualification.
- 3+ years' WHS experience, ideally across multiple sites.
- Solid knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and risk management.
- Experience with incident investigations, audits and safety training.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- A practical, proactive approach and confidence working with people at all levels.

Regular travel across NSW sites, including Goulburn, Wellington, Bowral and Wagga Wagga, is required.
