About the role

n

Depending on your experience, you may be responsible for running projects or managing sections of larger jobs. Your duties may include:

n

- Fire sprinkler rough-in and fit-off
n
- Sprinkler installation and commissioning
n
- Pressure testing and fault identification
n
- Hydrant installation
n
- Reading and working from plans and drawings
n
- Coordinating with builders, site managers and other trades
n
- Maintaining a safe, organised and productive work site
n
- Completing work to a high standard, efficiently and neatly
n

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience as a fire sprinkler fitter, or a strong interest in starting an apprenticeship
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with builders on site
n
- A willingness to learn and follow the correct installation practices
n
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality workmanship
n
- Good attention to detail and a safety-focused approach
n
- A commitment to building a long-term career in the fire protection industry
