Randstad's client, a premier Tier-2 builder, is seeking a Project Manager to lead a $100M+ commercial and residential development in the ECI phase. You will own the full lifecycle from design through handover, drive value engineering, manage high-level stakeholders, and deliver on budget and schedule.

You should have a proven track record in delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects in tier 1/2 space, with solid capabilities in programme management, procurement, and team leadership.
