Job Description

I am looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a well-established commercial property business in Sydney.

This is a hands-on role managing tenant billing, rent collection, allocations and arrears across a commercial property portfolio. You'll work closely with Property Managers and Directors and take real ownership of the AR function.

You'll be responsible for tenant invoicing, rent rolls, daily receipts and allocations, arrears management, reconciliations and reporting, while ensuring tenant and lease data remains accurate.

Strong Yardi experience is absolutely essential for this role.

n

You'll ideally bring 3–6 years' AR experience, with property experience and exposure to rent rolls and tenant accounts highly regarded.
