The Opportunity

n

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of commercial project work, CV Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Leading Hand to join our Asset Services team based in Hendra.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine your technical plumbing expertise with the opportunity to lead and support a team of plumbers and apprentices across a variety of commercial and critical infrastructure projects.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Leading and coordinating plumbers and apprentices on site
n
- Delivering commercial plumbing projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard
n
- Supervising daily site activities and assisting with project planning
n
- Ensuring work is completed within project timeframes
n
- Maintaining strong communication with clients, supervisors and team members
n
- Providing technical guidance and support to field staff
n
- Supporting apprentice development and training
n
- Promoting a positive safety culture and quality workmanship
n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n

n

About You

n

You are an experienced commercial plumber who enjoys leading by example and helping others succeed.

n

To be successful, you'll have:

n

n
- Current Queensland Plumbing Licence
n




- Previous experience leading small crews or supervising site activities
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Current C Class Driver's Licence (manual)
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Solid understanding of plumbing standards and safe work practices
n
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider team
n
- EWP and Scissor Lift licences highly regarded
n

n

As you will be working within secure and sensitive environments, you must be able to obtain a current police clearance.
