Job Description

Southern NSW Local Health District in Goulburn invites applications for a Senior Social Worker in the SUPPS. The role delivers intensive case management, counselling and home visits to pregnant people and parents with children under 2, using a trauma‐informed, client‐centred approach.

You will be part of an AOD multidisciplinary team, alongside a Clinical Nurse/Midwife Specialist, and help build service capacity across care settings.
