Surfbee designs and builds autonomous survey boats here in Albury. Water authorities, environmental agencies and universities in Australia, the UK, Europe and the US use our boats to collect river, lake and water quality data. We're a small team of engineers and technicians, and in November we're moving into a new HQ and warehouse in North Albury.

The role

We're growing, and we need one person to own the warehouse. Every part that comes in and every boat that goes out goes through you. You'll report to the CEO and work closely with our engineering and production team.

What you'll do

- Help us finilise and implement data entry of our ERP system (ODOO)
- Receive goods, check them against purchase orders and book them into Odoo
- Keep stock accurate, run cycle counts, and keep the warehouse tidy and safe
- Watch reorder points and raise purchase orders with suppliers
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders, both in Australia and overseas
- Book freight with DHL, FedEx, TNT, Mainfreight, AusPost and others, and follow every consignment until it's delivered
- Prepare export paperwork: commercial invoices, packing lists and shipment notices
- Acknowledge customer orders and keep order records up to date
- Help with related admin, including invoice coding and filing documents and spreadsheets
- Help us write the warehouse procedures we don't have yet. Don't worry,



we'll direct you in every little step.

About you

- Warehouse, stores or logistics experience, ideally in manufacturing or parts
- Experience with a warehouse or inventory system such as Odoo, MYOB, SAP, NetSuite or Cin7. Odoo is a bonus, but we'll teach you
- Organised, careful with detail, and happy to own a job from start to finish
- Comfortable with email, spreadsheets and online supplier portals
- Open to using AI tools to work smarter. We use them across the business and see them as key to how you'll grow here
- A forklift licence and export experience is a plus but not required.

Room to grow

We built this role to grow. You'll have salary review at 6-12 months, and as Surfbee grows there's a explicit path to Warehouse & Supply Lead, taking on purchasing, supplier relationships and more of our logistics. If you want to learn, we'll back you.

What we offer

- $65,000 to $75,000 plus 12% super, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, no weekends
- A brand new HQ and warehouse in North Albury
