Excellent team environment Genus is seeking an experienced Workshop Mechanic to join our Fleet team based in Kenwick, WA.
We are offering flexibility with either a Monday to Friday roster .

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of fleet and plant
- Diagnose mechanical faults and perform breakdown repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
- Ensure all work is completed to safety and compliance standards
- Complete job cards, service reports, and maintenance records accurately
- Liaise with workshop team and fleet coordinators to ensure asset availability
- Trade qualified Heavy Duty Mechanic
- Experience working on heavy plant and mobile equipment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
Requirements
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- Current Driver’s Licence (HR desirable)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & National Police Clearance
- Strong understanding of maintenance and compliance requirements
