City Golf Club is seeking experienced Club Attendants to join our busy and vibrant team across multiple outlets including bars, gaming and bistro, We're looking for energetic, service-driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a friendly, outgoing personality to their work.

Key responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service across bar, gaming and hospitality areas
n
- Assist with the daily operations of the Bar and Gaming Lounge, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests
n
- Prepare and serve beverages, including barista-style coffee
n
- Assist customers with enquiries and resolve concerns professionally and positively
n
- Work collaboratively with Food, Beverage and Gaming teams to deliver outstanding service
n
- Maintain a clean, protected and welcoming environment for members and guests
n
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and City Golf Club standards
n
- Contribute positively to the Spirit of Hospitality culture

About you

n

- Current RSG, RSA and TAB Certificates - essential
n
- Previous experience in a club, hospitality, bar or gaming environment
n
- Experience with bar service, barista, TAB and gaming operations will be highly regarded
n
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
n
- A friendly, positive and professional attitude
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
n
- Adaptability and resilience in a busy, fast-paced environment
n
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
