About the Role
n
As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will play a vital role in assisting injured claimants to achieve safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Your holistic approach will help clients regain their functional performance and support a successful recovery journey.

Working in a rapid-paced environment aligned with core values of quality, customer service, outcomes, and teamwork, your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing cases and coordinating rehabilitation services
n
- Conducting worksite assessments and identifying return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery milestones
n
- Applying clinical expertise and injury management knowledge to perform assessments and facilitate client recovery
n
- Engaging with stakeholders such as insurance providers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
n
- Developing personalised, whole-of-person rehabilitation plans
n
- Implementing effective early intervention strategies
n
- Presenting case information and credible recommendations to stakeholders to support positive outcomes
n
n
What You Need to Succeed
n

- A tertiary qualification and current registration with a relevant professional body (Rehabilitation Counselling)
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
