The Marlow Hotel Group needs a seasoned, passionate and people focused General Manager to lead one of Western Sydney's biggest venues- The Kings Park Tavern.

A large format multi-faceted venue, the hotel boasts 4 high-trade bars, a busy and popular bistro, state of the art children's playground, bottle shop, function room and a high quality gaming. This behemoth requires a true leader, who wants to take their career to the next level.

Whilst receiving plenty of support and counsel from a hands on senior leadership team, you will enjoy autonomy and freedom to operate the venue.

The perfect candidate will have:

Experience in a GM/VM/licensee role

Experience in leading gaming rooms, food & beverage operations and understanding of revenue levers

Solid leadership and culture building skills, with the ability to influence change in your teams

A passion for leading and developing people and venues





Knowledge of the compliance requirements in NSW
