Accountant/Senior Accounts or Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced Accountant or Senior Accounts and or Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is confident managing accounts, payroll, reporting and general business administration. The role may suit an experienced Accountant, bookkeeper or senior accounts administrator, depending on the applicant's qualifications and experience. The successful applicant will work closely with the General Manager and will play an key role in keeping the financial and administrative side of the business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Cash flow

Bank reconciliations

Debtors and creditors

Domestic & Overseas Investment Payments

Payroll processing

BAS and ATO reporting

WorkCover submissions

Month‑end reconciliations

Petty cash management

About you

Demonstrated experience in accounting,



bookkeeping or senior accounts administration

Any accounting qualification would be advantageous but is not essential

Experience using MYOB is preferred but not essential

Experience with other accounting packages will also be considered

Experience with payroll

Experience with BAS, ATO reporting and WorkCover knowledge

Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations, debtors, creditors and month‑end reporting

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

The ability to work independently and manage deadlines
