Multi Trader – New Build Housing

Location: Surrey, Kent, South London
n Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 + Company Vehicle/Allowance + Benefits

Are you an experienced Multi Trader with a background in new build housing? We're working with a leading residential developer looking to strengthen their team with a skilled and reliable tradesperson to support housing developments and assist with pre and post-completion works.

The Role

n

As a Multi Trader, you'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of finishing and remedial works across new build housing developments, ensuring homes are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Completing customer care and snagging works on occupied and unoccupied properties.
n
- Carrying out basic carpentry, painting, mastic, patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs.
n
- Attending defects and warranty-related issues.
n
- Ensuring all work is completed safely,



efficiently and to a high standard.
n
- Liaising professionally with homeowners, site teams and subcontractors.
n
- Maintaining company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader within the new build housing sector.
n
- Competent across a range of trades including carpentry, painting, decorating and general finishing works.
n
- Positive understanding of NHBC standards and new build quality expectations.
n
- Excellent customer-facing skills.
n
- Full UK driving licence.
n
- CSCS Card preferred.
n
