About the Role

n

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our in house Property Management team based in our Broadbeach office.

n

This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for real estate who is looking to build a long term career in property management.



You may be new to the industry or in the process of completing your Certificate. Working closely with experienced Property Managers, you will provide essential support across the day-to-day operations of the portfolio.

n

This position offers a clear pathway for progression within the business.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Assisting with property maintenance coordination
n
- Liaising with tenants and responding to enquiries professionally
n
- Assisting with key collection and preparation of tenant packs
n
- Managing keys, documentation, and general administration
n
- Handling phone calls efficiently and professionally
n
- Processing tenancy applications
n
