Trident Services is currently recruiting for Aviation Cleaning Supervisor's on a Full-Time basis to lead our morning /Afternoon/Night teams.

n

About the Role

n

As an Aviation Cleaning Supervisor at Brisbane Airport, you'll play a vital role in creating safe, clean, and memorable travel experiences for passengers and visitors.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Working closely with the BAC Operations Manager, you will be responsible for Managing the day-to-day cleaning operations
n
- Managing shift rosters including core and Adhoc shifts
n
- Providing leadership and operational support to cleaning employees
n
- Managing quality systems to ensure compliance and safety
n
- Service delivery quality assurance including auditing and reporting requirements
n

n

About You

n

n
- Previous cleaning experience essential (retail/commercial preferred)
n
- Minimum 6 months cleaning supervisory experience
n
- Reliable, proactive, and physically fit
n
- Able to work independently and in a team
n
- Coordinate daily cleaning duties and team support
n
- Perform general site cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins (as required)
n
- Monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management
n
- Assist with roster adjustments and task allocation
n
- Report hazards and incidents
n
- Maintain WHS compliance and professional communication
n

n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Ability to successfully pass aCriminal History Check, Drug and Alcohol Screening, and Medical Assessments
n
- Ability to obtain anASIC (Criminal History Clearance)
n




- Hold an unrestricted Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
n
- Strong work ethic, presentation and punctuality
n
