We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Tamworth , located at 2/1A Wirraway Street, Tamworth NSW 2340 , on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn , gaining hands‐on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

What you'll do

n

n
- Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
- Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children
n
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
n
- Support daily routines, transitions, and supervision of children
n
- Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
n
- Willingness to enrol in or currently enrolled in a Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Ability to obtain a valid Working with Children Check for NSW
n
- Basic communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow
n
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
n
- Previous experience with children (e.g., babysitting, volunteering) is advantageous but not essential
n
