What you’ll be doing

You’ll speak with customers who have already enquired about finance and guide them through the process from initial conversation through to approval and settlement.

That means building rapport quickly, understanding what the customer really needs, asking the right questions, overcoming objections and confidently asking for the business.

This is a high-volume, phone-based sales environment. You’ll spend a significant part of your day speaking with customers, following up opportunities and working towards individual and team targets.

What we’re looking for

Phone sales experience is essential.

We’re particularly interested in people who have worked in environments such as telesales, inside sales, contact centre sales, telecommunications, insurance, automotive sales, lead conversion or other high-volume phone-based sales roles.

You don't need finance or broking experience — we can teach you finance.





What we can't teach as easily is the drive to pick up the phone, build trust quickly, handle objections, follow up relentlessly and genuinely enjoy closing a sale.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Proven experience selling over the phone
- Confidence handling a high volume of customer conversations
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills

A few important things to know

This is a full-time, in-office role currently based in Woolloongabba, Brisbane, Monday to Friday. We will likely move into bigger offices in South Bank at the end of the year.

There’s no cold calling and no finance experience required — but you must have genuine sales experience, ideally selling over the phone.
