The role

The Mechanical Rotating Engineering Lead is responsible for ensuring the availability and optimum operation of rotating equipment assets. The role is responsible for leading a team of rotating equipment engineers and VA technicians and for developing procedures, inspection and test manuals, managing equipment overhauls, authorising inspection/test plans, providing advice as the SME, conducting RCA's and offering solutions.

Selection criteria

To ensure success you will require a degree in mechanical engineering and be a member of Engineers Australia. You will require substantial experience working as a rotating equipment engineer in a similar environment (fertiliser, petrochemical, gas processing or oil). Your excellent interpersonal, communication, project management and leadership skills will see you thrive.
