About the Role

n

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and motivated Dealership Support & Yard Assistant to join our team.

n

This is a varied role that supports the day-to-day presentation and operation of the dealership. It is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and professional environment while assisting with a range of practical tasks across the business.

n

No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean & maintain dealership facilities, including showrooms, offices, customer areas, bathrooms & staff areas.
n
- Wash and prepare vehicles for display and customer delivery.
n
- Assist with vehicle movements and presentation around the dealership.
n
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of yard and display areas.
n




- Complete general grounds maintenance and rubbish removal.
n
- Conduct customer drop-offs and collections as required.
n
- Provide support to various departments with day-to-day tasks.
n
- Identify and report maintenance, presentation, or safety concerns.
n
- Help ensure the dealership remains clean, protected, and professionally presented.

About You

- A current Australian Driver's License.
n
- A reliable and punctual approach to work.
n
- A practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to assist where required.
n
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
n
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
n
- A friendly and professional manner when interacting with customers and colleagues.
n
- Previous yard hand, vehicle detailing, cleaning, or maintenance experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
n
