We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a landmark high-rise residential project on the Gold Coast.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience managing large residential projects from structure through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
- Drive programme, safety, and quality
- Conduct site meetings and inspections
- Deliver projects on time and to a high standard
What We're Looking For
- Proven Site Manager experience on major residential projects
- Experience on projects valued at $100M+ (larger preferred)
- Strong leadership and programming skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing
