This is a great opportunity to join Adam Woods' well-established and high-performing team. We are now looking for a motivated and driven Sales Associate to join our number one team in the region at McGrath Estate Agents Mudgee, working directly alongside Adam.

This role will initially cover an extended leave period, with genuine potential to progress into a permanent position within our wider team for the right person. It's a rare chance to work closely alongside Adam Woods, our region's number one agent, someone who can genuinely help springboard your career, and gain valuable, hands-on experience across every stage of the property sales process. You will also be supported by a dedicated Sales Director, and will provide essential support to Adam as Lead Agent, helping the team deliver an exceptional experience for buyers, vendors and the wider community.

About the Role

n

In this varied and rewarding position, you will:

n

- Provide administrative, operational and sales support to Adam Woods, Lead Agent
n
- Assist with property campaigns, open homes and buyer inspections
n
- Respond to buyer enquiries and conduct timely follow-up
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
n
- Coordinate appointments, property information and campaign activitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the database
n
- Assist with prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
n




- Support Adam's team in delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey
n
- Contribute positively to the continued growth and success of our number one Mudgee team
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who:

n

- Is driven and ambitious, with previous experience in real estate highly regarded
n
- Is motivated, proactive and eager to develop a successful real estate career
n
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Can confidently build rapport with a wide range of clients
n
- Is highly organised and demonstrates strong attention to detail
n
- Can manage competing priorities in a busy setting
n
- Works well independently and as part of a cooperative team
n
- Is confident using technology, databases and relevant software
n
- Holds a valid driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
n
- Has a genuine passion for property and helping clients achieve their goals

Previous real estate experience will be highly regarded; however, we are also interested in hearing from driven individuals with strong sales or customer service experience who are ready to build a career in the industry.
