We are seeking a Groundsman to help maintain the high standard of our facilities, grounds and guest spaces across the precinct. This is a wide-ranging, hands‑on role covering mowing, gardening, general maintenance, range operations, golf ball collection, equipment upkeep and venue presentation.

We are seeking a Groundsman to help maintain the high standard of our facilities, grounds and guest spaces across the precinct. This is a varied, hands‑on role covering mowing, gardening, general maintenance, range operations, golf ball collection, equipment upkeep and venue presentation.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, getting stuck into practical tasks and learning new skills. Your responsibilities will include general maintenance, mowing, garden upkeep, range operations, golf ball collection, venue presentation and equipment upkeep

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Maintaining the general presentation of lawns, gardens and outdoor areas

- Tidying, cleaning, ball picking and maintaining the driving range

- General maintenance and handyman tasks around the venue and clubhouse





- Assisting with the upkeep and presentation of the mini golf courses

- Blowing, rubbish collection, garden and pond maintenance

- Supporting the maintenance of recycling and waste programs

- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues around the venue

- Assisting with other general maintenance and grounds tasks as directed

- Compliance with OH&S; protocols within the precinct

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and enjoys a practical, hands‑on role.

The ideal candidate will:

- Have maintenance work, groundskeeping or similar experience

- Previous trade experience is advantageous but not essential for the application

- Be mechanically minded and confident using basic tools and equipment

- Be enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills

- Be able to work independently and as part of a team

- Be reliable and able to follow instructions

- Take pride in maintaining a clean, safe and well‑presented environment

- Be physically capable of performing outdoor and hands‑on tasks

- Have good attention to detail

- Be available to work Tuesday - Saturday - 38 hour week
