The Job Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating residential and commercial glazing work to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role coordinates labour, materials, equipment, and resources while maintaining clear communication between customers, glaziers, suppliers, and management. They monitor job progress, resolve scheduling and operational issues, maintain accurate records, and keep customers informed throughout the job lifecycle. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Job Coordinator plays a key role in maximising productivity, achieving deadlines, supporting continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate daily scheduling activities to ensure productive job allocation and completion
- Maximise workforce utilisation and productivity across the residential department
- Support achievement of service delivery, revenue and operational performance targets
- Act as a key contact for customers regarding scheduling, attendance and job progress
- Provide timely updates regarding delays,



changes and service requirements
- Manage daily scheduling and workforce allocation activities
- Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment requirements
- Monitor job progress from allocation through to completion
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and operational documentation
- Support workplace health and safety requirements across scheduling and job coordination activities

About you

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience coordinating schedules, resources or operational workflows
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing workloads
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Experience within the glazing, construction, manufacturing or trade services industry
- Experience using scheduling, workforce management or job management software
- Experience coordinating tradespeople or field service teams
