About the Role:
We are seeking a senior lawyer experienced in Wills and Estates (minimum of 4 years PAE up to Special Counsel level) to join this reputable team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a broad range of Estate Planning & Estate Administration matters from initial consultation to completion
- Drafting legal documents including wills, enduring powers of attorney, applications for probate, and letters of administration
- Managing deceased estate administration,
including obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
- Handling complex estate planning, such as family trust and SMSF succession
- Preparing Advance Health Directives and representing executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in Wills & Estates (4 years + is ideal)
- Capability to manage your own cases independently
- If at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level, the ability to mentor juniors
- Excellent communication skills
- Dedication to delivering top-notch client service
- Keen attention to detail
- A genuine interest in Succession Law.
