Casual Receptionist for Mosman/Balgowlah Physio (experience preferred)

As a Front Desk Administrator/Receptionist, your primary role is to ensure the excellent delivery of front line customer service to all SquareOne patients and therapists. This role exists in a constantly changing environment. You will be called to use your initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure efficiency and proficiency within all aspects of the role.
Key responsibilities
- All diary optimization - bookings, changes, waitlists and cancellations
- All billing, including private and third party
- Overseeing all intake and admin related to the customer journey experience
- Effective complaints handling and customer service improvements
- Daily EPS (Ensuring Patient Satisfaction) and other EPS processes
- Provision of excellent customer service to all clients, whether in person, on the phone or by email
- Greeting all clients on arrival and ensuring new clients complete any required paperwork
- Generating invoices for clients, processing payments and if required, DVA, Medicare and private health fund claims
- Making, changing and cancelling future appointments as requested by clients and therapists
- Managing wait lists
About you
- Ability to prioritise in a rapid-paced environment
- Diary utilisation and optimisation
- Front line customer service and complaints handling
- Good phone manner, well spoken
- Good keyboard skills and general computer literacy
- Accurate cash handling and HICAPS/EFTPOS use
- Competency and experience with Word, Excel and other MS Office software and the practice management systems Nookal and Mindbody, are important to the role but can be learnt on the job
- Experience in an Allied Health or other medical practice environments is beneficial
