Active Kids Group is seeking passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our supportive teams across multiple centres in Sydney, across the inner west and eastern suburbs. These locations include:

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging learning programs that support children's development

Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment

Build robust relationships with families and collaborate on individual learning needs

Observe, document, and respond to children's development and interests

Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and quality standards

Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For

Working towards Certificate III and/or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Minimum 6-12 months' experience in a long day care or community-based setting





Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Genuine passion for early childhood education

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Current Working With Children Check

Legal right to work in Australia
