Limelight People is partnering with a regional Aged Care facility based in Young, NSW to recruit a Senior Care Manager. This full time role requires AHPHRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing, and at least four years in a senior clinical capacity with strong leadership and mentoring skills.

You will lead a care team to uphold high clinical standards, drive quality improvements, and ensure compassionate, compliant resident care across shifts.
