Thiess at Caval Ridge in QLD is seeking an experienced Maintenance Leading Hand to supervise a maintenance crew and ensure secure, efficient upkeep of a world-class mining fleet. You will support site performance and productivity while upholding Thiess' safety culture.

Work is on a 7/7 roster (days and nights). A Diesel Fitter or Heavy Vehicle trade qualification with supervisory competencies is essential for this role. Opportunity for training and career growth is available.
