Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.**About the role**Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. **These include:*** Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering* Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)* Domestic assistance will be required as part of this role* Engaging in social activities as required**To be successful, you will have:*** Certificate III Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent qualifications and experience* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport,
