Required Skills
- Solid SQL troubleshooting and query writing skills
- Experience troubleshooting APIs using tools such as Postman and Elastic
- Ability to read and understand C#/.NET code to assist with issue investigation
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills
- Previous experience in Application Support or a similar technical support role
