This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operation of the store. It's ideal for someone who enjoys being on their feet, taking initiative, supporting a team and delivering a great customer experience.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations
n
- Leading and supporting team members during shifts
n
- Assisting with training and development of team members
n
- Stock ordering, replenishment and inventory management
n
- Merchandising according to store guidelines and promotional plans
n
- Maintaining high retail and presentation standards across the store
n
- Supporting rostering and day-to-day staffing requirements
n
- Ensuring fuel operations are safe and compliant with site procedures
n
- Supporting WHS requirements and protected work practices
n
- Delivering excellent customer service through helpful and friendly interactions
n
- Using initiative to identify and address tasks requiring attention
n




- Assisting with general store upkeep and cleanliness
n

About you

n

n
- Prior retail experience and strong customer service skills
n
- Previous supervisory, management or leadership experience is highly valued
n
- Fuel and convenience retail experience will be highly regarded
n
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
n
- A proactive, hands‐on approach
n
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
n
- Relevant working rights

- Availability to work a range of shifts including daytime, evening, overnight and weekends

- Enthusiasm and willingness to develop your retail leadership skills
