People Equity is opening a brand-current large-format store in Grafton and seeks a Store Manager to lead from day one. You'll recruit and build your team, shape culture, and set standards as the doors open.

With opening day 6-8 weeks away, you'll oversee pre-opening preparations, onboarding across stores, and the launch. This role offers a generous package including base salary, super, bonus and a fully maintained vehicle, with every opportunity to build a long-term career.
