Facility Manager - Aged Care | Inner-City Brisbane

McArthur is partnering with a well-established Not-For-Profit aged care provider to appoint a new Facility Manager for their beautiful larger residential aged care home situated in the heart of Brisbane.

This position is ideally suited to a confident aged care leader with a clear vision, strong decision-making capabilities, and the ability to operate autonomously while being supported by a locally based multidisciplinary leadership team.

A strong Clinical Manager and highly skilled nursing team are already in place, making this role open to non-clinical managers with extensive current aged care leadership experience.

About You

- Significant recent leadership experience within residential aged care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Excellent communication, operational management, and people-leadership skills
- Ability to make informed decisions independently while collaborating effectively with the broader team
- Current AHPRA registration desirable, but not essential
