Program Manager – Business Transformation | Enterprise Asset Management

12 month contract

As an experienced Program Manager – Business Transformation, you will lead the initial shaping of a major Enterprise Asset Management transformation program.

This is a business-led transformation role focused on developing the roadmap across people, process, technology and data, while also providing program leadership for a readiness pathway supporting a future Maximo platform upgrade.

You will work closely with senior executives, business leaders, Digital teams, delivery partners and vendors to translate strategic direction into an executable program, establish investment priorities and drive alignment across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the shaping and delivery of an enterprise-wide Asset Management transformation roadmap across people, process, technology and data.

Lead program planning, governance, scope, budget, risk, resources, dependencies and benefits across multiple workstreams.

Translate transformation strategies and business requirements into practical, sequenced delivery plans aligned to organisational priorities.

Develop and maintain the program business case, investment priorities,



executive reporting and Board/Steering Committee materials.

Lead and influence senior stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors and partners to resolve issues, manage risks and achieve agreed outcomes.

About You

Extensive experience leading large-scale business transformation programs in complex organisations, ideally within utilities, infrastructure, transport, energy, resources or another asset-intensive environment.

Strong program management expertise across governance, financial management, risk, dependencies, benefits and delivery planning.

Proven ability to develop strategic transformation roadmaps and business cases, with robust commercial judgement and investment prioritisation capability.

Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions, influence decisions and build alignment across business, Digital, engineering, operations and finance.

Experience with enterprise asset management, asset lifecycle transformation or asset management platforms such as Maximo is highly regarded.
