Linktal Recruitment is partnering with a respected Eastwood-based iCIRT Tier 2 Developer/Builder to appoint an Estimator. You will own estimating and preconstruction across a pipeline of medium-rise residential and mixed-use projects, working closely with the Director in a cooperative environment.
The role requires strong experience in builder/developer settings, exposure to Class 2 residential or mixed-use schemes, and a sharp commercial acumen.
