About the role





As the Handy Person and depending which team you are placed your manager will be our Site Manager or Team Leader. You will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area.

The Property Investment Team provide an integrated service which delivers planned improvements within our properties working in a safe, efficient and value for money service to our customers.

The team have their own workforce and utilise a variety of sub-contractors to meet the demands of the customer. Primarily team members are engaged in high volumes of properties across the Vico Homes operating area.

What you’ll do

- Team up with tradespeople to carry out any associated construction tasks safely.
- Ensure good housekeeping, cleanliness and tidiness is kept on the respective work stream.
- Completing tasks associated with damp, mould and condensation related repairs.
