ProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking experienced RF Pick Packers to join a global beauty distribution centre based in Dandenong South.

This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable warehouse professionals who are confident using RF scanning equipment, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for consistent ongoing work with a well-established global business.

With the busy peak period quickly approaching, we are looking for people who can demonstrate strong attendance, flexibility and a genuine commitment to working across the peak period, including weekends when required.

About the Role Working as part of a busy warehouse team, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing stock for dispatch while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and productivity.

Your duties will include:

- RF scanning and order picking across Detailed Pick and E-Commerce Pick teams
- Picking stock accurately and efficiently from allocated warehouse locations
- Picking larger-volume, detailed and individual customer orders
- Checking product codes, quantities and order details
- Scanning and confirming products using RF scanners
- Packing and preparing e-commerce orders for dispatch
- Palletising and consolidating stock
- Replenishing stock and maintaining organised pick locations
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse
- Following pick, pack and dispatch procedures
- Maintaining accurate stock movement
- Working to daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Maintaining high levels of attention to detail




- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For We are looking for candidates who are experienced, reliable and safety-focused, with the ability to work effectively in a busy warehouse environment.

You will ideally have:

- Previous RF picking/packing experience – essential
- Strong understanding of RF scanning systems
- Previous warehouse experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to productivity targets
- Strong safety awareness
- Good communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of repetitive warehouse duties
- Comfortable working overnight hours
- Monday–Friday availability
- Weekend availability during peak periods
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a police check
- Ability to commence with short notice
