The Public Trustee of Queensland – Brisbane QLD

Working closely with the Principal Auctioneer and Manager, Real Estate Services, you will play a key role in coordinating property sales and auctions, building stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a temporary part-time opportunity based in Brisbane until 1 October 2027. This position is available 5 days per fortnight – Wednesdays, Thursdays and alternating Fridays.

The salary range listed reflects the full-time equivalent (FTE) amount and will be pro-rated based on the hours worked for this role.

- Deliver meaningful outcomes: Manage the sale of properties entrusted to QPT and help maximise financial outcomes for customers and beneficiaries.
- Apply your real estate expertise: Lead complex negotiations, support auction delivery, review contracts, and provide specialist property advice across Queensland.
- Build valuable industry relationships: Partner with real estate agencies, internal stakeholders, customers and external professionals to deliver successful property transactions.
- Shape service excellence: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, business efficiencies and innovative approaches that enhance customer experience and commercial outcomes.

A current C Class Driver Licence is mandatory. A current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate, Real Estate Agent Licence and/or Auctioneer Licence is highly desirable.
